Pay your AP fees in Powerschool: AP exam fees need to be paid in powerschool by Nov 7th and are $100.00 per exam. Students will also need to go into their collegeboard account for each class and click Yes, that they will be taking the exam.
If you are signing up for an AP exam for a class that you are not currently enrolled in, then you will need to contact to determine if VSSA can proctor your exam and you will then be provided with instructions to pay.

There is late testing but this often incurs a fee of $40 for each late exam: https://apcentral.
Mandatory VSSA Student Fees of $575 are due on or before Monday, August 18th.

Mandatory Academic Coach Fee
2025-2026 ($1,000 Middle School, $1,200 High School)
Academic Coach fees are due, in full, on the first day of school and can be paid by check or credit card. These fees are not eligible for payment through PowerSchool.
- By check: please make payable to SSCV or Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and drop off at VSSA office
- By credit card: please contact Liz McDonald, Bookkeeper (970-790-5420) or bookkeeper@skiclubvail.org Note: a 2% convenience fee is added to all credit card payments.
